More than one workspace
What to do when you are invited to work in someone else’s workspace.
Most users have one workspace — their own. The “Cabinets” row appears in “Settings” only when you have more than one: for example, when someone invited you into theirs.
How to tell where you are
The row says it in words: “You’re in your own cabinet” or “You’re in ‘<name>’ cabinet”.
Switching
Open the row and pick the workspace. It switches as a whole: bots, chats, contacts, connections and numbers all come from the workspace you chose.
Your own account stays yours: email, sign-in and notification settings are shared.
What is available in someone else’s workspace
Working with bots and conversations. The owner’s personal pages — subscription, payments, the partner program — are not visible to you: in someone else’s workspace “Settings” keeps only the workspace switcher.
