Subscription
Plan, accounts, renewal and payment history in one place.
This article is about what you do on scriptera.ai. Open it in a browser.
The subscription answers one question: how many of your accounts run without limits. The page lives under “Account” → “Plan”, subtitled “Plan, account payments and payment history”.
This page exists on the website only.
What the page shows
- Your current state. Trial, free plan or Pro — and until when.
- “Your accounts”. The list of connected Instagram profiles and Telegram bots, each with the date it is paid until.
- “Auto-renewal”. “On” or “Off”: when it is on, the subscription renews itself at the end of the term. The row opens a window where you can turn auto-renewal off or on.
- “Card”. Shown when a card is saved — for example, “Visa ··4242”. The row opens a window where you can remove the card.
- Payment history — the round button in the corner of the page. Each payment shows the date, the amount and the payment method: “Card”, “Apple Pay”, “Google Pay”, “PayPal” or “SBP/card”.
The trial
Your trial period starts when you confirm your phone number, with everything open. How many days are left is written on the page as “… days left”. On the third day of the trial we write to you by email, and the day before it ends and on the day it ends — by email and in Telegram.
The free plan
When the trial is over and Pro is not connected, the page shows “Free” with the caption “Free plan”, the “Your accounts” list and the “Upgrade to Pro” button, which opens the payment screen right away.
Below the button is the “Plan terms” row. It opens a window that explains:
- Accounts. Up to 2 accounts work for free; the rest require the Pro plan.
- Message from Scriptera. Users who started your bot but did not reach the end of the scenario (did not subscribe, did not claim the gift) receive one message from us two hours after their last message — its text is shown in the window. Those who reached the end do not receive it.
- Broadcasts. One-time broadcasts and message sequences can be built and saved; they are sent on the Pro plan. Until Pro is connected, the “Message chain” card, the broadcasts button in “Chats” and the “Send” button carry a “Pro” badge — tapping it explains what Pro opens.
- Pro. What Pro gives and what it costs for your accounts, plus the “Get Pro” button.
If the payment did not arrive
If the paid period has ended and there was no renewal, the page shows “Payment not received”. The “Payment” section shows when the paid period ended, how many accounts are working and how many are disabled until payment; if the automatic charge to your saved card failed, the “Card charge failed” row shows its date. If no accounts are disabled, the note under the section says that bots work on the free plan. In “Your accounts” each account is marked “Working” or “Disabled until payment”. The “Renew Pro” button opens the payment screen.
Until the payment arrives, the “Account” menu item and the “Subscription” row carry a red “!” badge.
Payment link from a message
The payment button in our messages opens the “Subscription” page with the payment screen right on top of it. If you close the payment screen without paying, the link keeps working: open it again and you are back on the payment screen. After payment the link simply opens the page.
Promo code and discount
A promo code is entered once — when you sign up, in the “Promo code (if you have one)” field; if you came through a partner's link, their promo code is applied automatically. A promo code cannot be entered after sign-up.
If you have a discount, it is shown on the “Plan” page above the payment button and on the calculation screen as a “… % discount” line — a time-limited discount also shows the date it is valid until, and during its last 48 hours a countdown replaces the date. On the calculation screen the price without the discount is crossed out and the total already includes it. The yearly discount and your discount are applied one after the other. When the discount expires, the line disappears and the full price applies.
Accounts
The unit of the subscription is an account: one Telegram bot or one Instagram profile. As many accounts as are paid for run without limits. You can add accounts to an already paid term with “Add accounts” — the renewal date does not move.
Before you pay, the screen shows how it adds up: the monthly price of the first and of each additional account, the yearly discount and the total. When adding accounts — the monthly price per account, the time left in the paid term, the charge per account and the total.
Automatic renewal and card
Auto-renewal is chosen before you pay — in the confirmation window that the amount button on the calculation screen opens: it shows the amount to pay and what you are buying once more, and below is the “Auto-renewal” row with its switch. The window appears for the first payment, for renewal and when adding accounts. Under the row you see the amount due now, and when auto-renewal is on — also the date and amount of the next charge, for example: “Due now: €288. Next payment — October 2, 2028: €288 (a year for 2 accounts)”; when it is off — until when the subscription stays active. The full price of the term for all accounts is charged. For payments in euros and dollars the switch starts on; for payments in rubles it starts off (if auto-renewal is already on for your subscription, it stays on). Below the switch is a consent line with a link to the auto-renewal terms in the Terms of Service.
When adding accounts, the row shows the next charge for the new number of accounts; the date does not change — it is the end of the paid term.
Turn off auto-renewal at any time: “Plan” → “Auto-renewal” → “Turn off”. The saved card stays, and Pro stays active until the end of the paid term and does not renew.
Turn on auto-renewal: “Plan” → “Auto-renewal” → “Enable”. If a card is saved, auto-renewal turns on right away. If there is no card, for payments in euros and dollars the “Add a card” button opens the card form: nothing is charged now, and the card is saved for auto-renewal. For payments in rubles the card is saved when you pay for the next term — the “Renew Pro” button opens the calculation with auto-renewal on.
Remove the card at any time: “Plan” → “Card” → “Remove card”. If auto-renewal was on, it will be turned off; Pro remains active until the end of the paid term.
The card is stored in the payment system's secure vault; card details are not stored on our servers. We remind you before an automatic charge: 3 days before for a monthly subscription and 7 days before for a yearly one. After you turn auto-renewal on or off and after you remove the card, we send you a message by email and in Telegram.
“Renew Pro” extends the term for the accounts already paid for — renewal does not change the number of accounts. “Add accounts” adds accounts to the paid term and does not change the term itself. If the subscription is paid for a year, the added account is charged at the yearly price for the remaining term.
The “Payment” screen
The button with the amount on the calculation screen (“Continue to pay €288”, “Renew for €288” or “Add for €95”) opens the confirmation window, and its button opens the payment screen. Both are named after the action: “Payment” for the first payment, “Renew Pro” when renewing, “Add accounts” when adding accounts. The “×” closes the window and takes you one step back; your choices are kept. The payment screen is built once and does not change while you enter your card.
If a card is already saved, the “Card” row is at the top: the saved card is selected by default, and you pay with one tap. You can choose “Another card”.
In euros and dollars, quick payment buttons are at the top in one row — for example Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Which buttons appear depends on your device and browser; if none fit, there are no buttons at all. Below is “or pay by card”: card number, expiry date and code.
- Auto-renewal on: there is no PayPal button (PayPal doesn't support auto-renewal), and the note under the form says the card will be saved for auto-renewal. The Apple Pay window shows that the payment recurs, with the amount and date of the next charge.
- Auto-renewal off: PayPal is there, and so is the “Save card” switch — off by default. The switch applies to the card in the form; paying with Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal does not save a card. PayPal opens its own page and brings you back after paying.
If your bank asks to confirm the payment, its window opens on top of the page.
In rubles there is no separate confirmation window and payment screen — after the calculation one screen opens: “To pay”, the “Auto-renewal” switch, the card choice (if a card is saved), the “Save card” switch (when auto-renewal is off; saving a card disables SBP), “Payer” and “Continue to payment”, which opens the payment system page, where you can pay by card or via SBP. If the saved card is selected, the button says “Pay”, and the payment goes through without leaving the page.
Above the pay button is the “Payer” line: name, email, phone and country. These details go to the payment system, and the payment receipt is sent to this email. At first they are taken from your profile. The “Edit” button next to it opens a form: you can choose who pays — an individual or a company — and correct the name or company name, email, phone, country and address, and for a company the tax ID. After “Save” the line shows the new details right away, and they are used for payments from then on. Your profile details do not change.
The same details are in “Settings” → “Billing details”.
After payment
When the payment is finished, a screen with its result opens — whether you paid right on the site or are returning from the payment system's page or your banking app.
- Payment successful. “Thank you, payment successful” and what you paid for: the plan with the number of accounts and the period, extra accounts or an AI balance top-up, the amount and the payment date. Below is the subscription: the date it is valid until, whether automatic renewal is on and, if it is, the date and amount of the next charge, and the saved card. The “Go to bots” button and the “Payment history” row.
- Payment failed. The reason — for example, the bank declined the payment or did not confirm it — and what you were paying for. “Retry payment” opens the same payment screen, “Back to plan” opens the “Plan” page.
- Confirmation is delayed. The screen waits for the payment system's response. If it takes too long, you will see “Payment confirmation timed out” and a “Check again” button; if the money was charged, the payment will appear in your payment history.
For payments in rubles, the payment system sends the receipt to the payer's email — the screen shows this email.
Payment currency
The currency of your payments is shown in “Account” → “Language & region”, in the “Currency” row, and is changed there. At sign-up it is chosen by your country; after that only you change it. A new currency applies from your next payment — a period you have already paid for is not recalculated. While automatic renewal is on, the currency cannot be changed: turn off automatic renewal first.
In euros and dollars, card payment happens right on the website, without going to other pages; PayPal opens its own page and brings you back. Automatic renewal and a saved card work in any currency. Amounts in our payment and renewal notifications are shown in the payment currency. If your bank asks you to confirm an automatic renewal, we will let you know — then renew your subscription on the website with the same card.
Tokens
Next to “Plan” there is a “Tokens” page — the balance that AI work inside your bots is drawn from. It shows the current balance and all spending for the chosen period, broken down by model.
The “Send report” button in the corner sends a report for the period by email or to Telegram.
Tokens are not only bought: they are also earned for friends you invite — see Partners.
