Your account: sections and where things live
Where to tap on a phone and on a computer to find what you need.
The workspace is the same on a computer and on a phone — only the layout changes between a narrow and a wide screen. This article is the map.
Sections
- “Bots” — the list of your bots. Here you create them from templates, switch them on and off, open their form and change settings.
- “Chats” — every conversation. You can see who is leading it, the bot or you, and reply by hand. The round “+” button in the top right starts a one-off broadcast.
- “Contacts” — your base of users: name, channel, tags, when they were last seen.
- “Connections” — your Instagram accounts and Telegram bots.
- “Settings” — workspace directories, “Connections” and “Contacts”, plus a small link at the very bottom: “Send diagnostics log”.
- “Account” — everything personal: your photo and name at the top (tap to open “Profile”), then “Subscription”, “Tokens”, “Partners”, “Notifications”, “Security”, “Language & region”, “Settings” and “Help”. The theme is switched by the sun button at the top left.
On a phone
Three tabs at the bottom: “Bots”, “Chats”, “Account”.
- From “Bots”, the menu in the top left opens “Connections”.
- From “Chats”, the same menu opens “Contacts”.
- The “Account” tab holds your personal pages; “Settings” is the first row inside it.
Pages slide over the list, and the back button in the header returns you.
On a computer
A narrow strip of sections on the left, and most sections have a second column: you pick an item on the left and its contents open on the right straight away, with no pop-up windows.
