Account statistics

An account’s numbers live in its card: “Connections” → the account → “Analytics”. There is no separate section for them.

Telegram bot

• “Users” — how many in total;
• “New users” — how many joined during the period;
• “Received” and “Sent” — messages in and out;
• “Messages by day” — the chart.

The period is chosen at the top: 7, 30 or 90 days.

Instagram

These are Instagram’s own numbers, not ours:

• “Followers”;
• “Reach” — summed over days;
• “Profile views”;
• “Interactions”;
• “Reach by day” — the chart;
• “Recent posts” — with likes and comments.

When there are no numbers

Instagram may refuse to give them. What you may see:

• “Instagram isn’t connected yet” — connect the account, see Connect Instagram;
• “Access to the account has expired” — see When a connection breaks;
• “the account doesn’t have enough permissions” — reconnect the account and allow access to insights;
• “Instagram isn’t responding right now” — temporary, try later;
• “This account is disconnected” — it was disconnected here or connected in another workspace.
