Profile

Your profile is how you are named in the workspace and where we write to you. It is the first item in the “Account” section.

What is in it

• Photo. Tap the circle to replace it: JPG, PNG or WebP, and you can move and zoom the crop. After phone verification the photo is pulled from Telegram — you can replace or remove it here.
• “Name” — change it any time.
• “Email” — the address you sign in with and where messages go.
• Telegram — the linked account. If there is none, it says “Telegram not linked”.
• “Phone” — the number you confirmed when signing up.

What you cannot change here

Email and phone are your keys to signing in, so they are not edited like an ordinary field. If you need to change one, write to support.

Deleting your account

At the bottom of Profile there is a Delete account button. Once you confirm, sign-in closes right away — you are signed out on every device, and an email arrives with the deletion date.

The account is deleted in 14 days. All that time you can bring it back: just sign in again with the code from your email — the deletion is cancelled and the account opens as it was. After 14 days signing in is no longer possible: bots and broadcasts stop and the subscription is not renewed. Changed your mind later? Write to support and we will restore the account.
